Senior Branch Manager

I started my career with Pittis back in August 2002 and have progressed to my current role of Senior Branch Manager, in charge of the smooth running and overall income into the office.

My role entails setting daily targets and monitoring all negotiators performance on a day to day basis. I also ensure my team provides a high level of customer care at all times and I am responsible for improving all areas of the business on a day to day basis.

Motivating all my staff from the outset of the morning meeting right through to the close of business at the end of the day ensures I have a happy and productive team

Our company provides us with the best resources and technology to make our jobs easier and increase our profits and we receive so much support from all areas of the company including, marketing, advertising, IT assistance with the new computer technology, admin support, legal requirements including health and safety, Estate Agents Act, Property Mis-Descriptions Act, and all areas of the business. There is always someone on the other end of the phone if we need support or assistance in any area of the running of the business.

Overall, with over ten years in the business and having worked previously with another company, Arun Estates are far the best in every area. I feel so secure and with the support I receive from Higher above, the only way for me is up.
