Our Sales Advisors at Pittis are responsible for meeting and greeting clients, searching for new business leads through booking appointments and attending property viewings with clients when requested. There are also administrative tasks involved.
This is a role that is suitable for those who are just starting out in the estate agency industry.
To succeed in this role, you do not need any previous experience at an estate agency, but you must be ambitious, determined, organised and driven.
Our Marketing Consultants at Pittis are responsible for the way in which our clients’ properties are listed on the market, ensuring they have the best possible chance of achieving their asking price at the very least. Other important duties involve arranging appointments for viewings, selling properties and promoting the company’s in-house conveyancing, survey and mortgage services.
Our Branch Managers at Pittis are responsible in ensuring that their branch is profitable at all times and to ensure its income is consistently acceptable. They are also responsible for overseeing the way in which properties are listed on the market and ensuring the branch’s clients are also happy with the service they are receiving. They will also be involved in the development and training of their branch’s team members and will encourage them to continually progress within their roles.
To succeed as a Branch Manager, you must possess a number of years experience in the estate agency industry and possess impeccable team leadership skills.
Most Branch Managers will have worked their way up to their position from the bottom.
