Since we bought this property a few years ago we have substantially improved it and made it into a lovely home which we have thoroughly enjoyed. We shall be sad to leave it but the time has come to return to the mainland to get closer to the family. We enjoy sitting out in the conservatory and also spending time in the garden where we have put in new fences and decking. We had all of the old wooden exterior timber wooden replaced with maintenance free all-weather textured cladding and had an upgraded boiler and radiators put in throughout the bungalow. The location is so peaceful and quiet and all our neighbours are lovely. Backing onto the fairway, we get a lot of birds and wildlife in the garden and can easily walk to the cliff path and into town.
