I have lived in this property for over twenty years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Over the years, we have upgraded and improved the property and often wondered about making a third bedroom or dining room out of the garage. We are so close to the town and beach and the bus runs along Green Lane into town very regularly. The grounds have been made easier to keep with grass however, anyone with green fingers could soon create a magical garden with flower borders and shrubbery. Being on the corner plot means we have lots of space around us and a big frontage and so parking has never been a problem. It is really quiet here and the neighbours are all lovely.
