I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for nearly 12 years as it is so convenient yet quiet being in an elevated position. I will miss being able to watch the world go by out of the window and the sunshine streaming through in the warmer weather.

In the past 5 years I have upgraded the heating system by installing a new boiler, installed new double glazing throughout and also had the electrics fully certified. I am, however, now thinking about the future and wishing to move nearer to my daughters.
