What the owner says

When we first viewed in Niton we never knew a lot about the village itself but since living here we have enjoyed partaking in the community and got to know all of the local residents. The Jolly Fryer Fish & Chip van visits on a Friday evening and fills the village with an enticing aroma and at Christmas the children seek Santa in his grotto while the whole village comes out for the lantern parade that ends at the Church on the hill. There is a regular bus for anyone without a car and there are so many picnic spots nearby we have been spoilt for choice.
