We have really enjoyed the last 21 years here and it has been a wonderful home. The bungalow has a lovely feel about it and we are quite sad that we now have to downsize slightly and move.

We have had many happy years here and being in a cul de sac it is so peaceful and quiet. We shall miss our wonderful neighbours who have become friends for life. We have really enjoyed the garden over the years but now it is just getting a little too much for us, it is flooded with sun all day long and we hope whoever comes here next will love this home as much as we have.

As you may know bungalows in and around the edge of Newport are very hard to find at the moment so we advise you to be quick on this one. The location is absolutely lovely and extremely sought after too… it is tucked away in a very peaceful cul de sac and with bus stops close by, access back in to the town centre is very easy.

There is plenty of parking at this one and a super integral garage which is great when doing the shopping on a rainy day. The bungalow is really spacious throughout and the addition of the conservatory off the lounge gives it even more accommodation to enjoy. The master bedroom as an en-suite and all the bedrooms are a lovely size. If you enjoy pottering about in the garden then this one will also appeal to you too as there are some lovely flower borders to get stuck into and its sure to look a real picture in the spring and summer months.
