When we first stepped through the door 23 years ago and looked out the back-bedroom windows, we fell in love with the property straight away. And we knew that we needed to turn it around and put the lounge at the rear to make the most of the outlook and that's exactly what we did. Then went on the decking off the lounge from the patio doors. It definitely was worth all the upheaval as we have spent so many lovely days and evenings just staring out across countryside. The rear garden has also been great for those summer barbeques and friends have just loved coming here to enjoy the outlook.

Wow, this deceptively large bungalow has such a wonderful outlook at the rear. You will definitely need to see this one to understand what we mean but when you walk in to the modern living room and step out on to the decking, the views are just beautiful.

It is surrounded by countryside and also a lovely view over to the Old Steam railway line where it is a pleasure to watch when it passes by puffing away. It is very spacious inside and also has a cellar which is great for storing away the Christmas decorations and for keeping the wine stored safely for those special occasions.

All the bedrooms here are good sizes and the kitchen was refurbished not long ago and really is stunning. The bungalow is just on the outskirts of Wootton where you have everything on your doorstep from great transport links, shops, mini supermarket and some fabulous traditional country pubs to enjoy and if you love walking, strolling along the river will tick that box too.

Overall, it is a wonderful bungalow with stunning views and spacious too with access too all you will ever need.
