When we were looking for a property close to town with plenty of space for guests it did not take long to decide this was the one. As soon as we walked in we knew it offered everything we wanted and as it also has a private rear garden we could bring our dog along too! Since being here, we have improved and refurbished the flat and have also paid to extend the lease for another ninety years. Being so close to town we are able to stroll to the shops using the gated access we have leading on to the High Street, or take in the sites and sounds of the fascinating Old Village. The theatre is just up the road and the train station is only a short walk away to get us to Ryde. We will be sad to sell it on to the lucky new owners but hopefully they will love it as much as we have.
