We bought this house for several reasons one of them being that it was on the edge of the development so had much more of a feeling of space around it and since we have lived here we have found that there is a lovely community spirit and is really very quiet and peaceful here. Over time we converted the garage below to make an extra bedroom and utility room although it has been used more as a play room for our children. We also re-vamped the kitchen, built in wardrobes in bedroom 1 as well as replacing the en suite shower room. We have decided to sell as we are going to move back to Wales.
