When I went hunting for my home I wanted something new, low maintenance and close to my work in Newport. I chose this one literally from plan as it looked like the best one out of them all and had a fabulous sunny outlook at the rear with a great sized plot.

It has a very modern Biomass central heating system which is so cheap to run and the house heats up in minutes during the cold winter months. My bills here have been so cheap and I have saved a fortune on our energy bills, it's almost ridiculous just how little I pay!
