What the owner says

The sea views and proximity to the town were the main attractions in moving here. Over time we have added features to the landscaped rear garden to make for a great outside entertaining area. The garage, which doubles as a workshop and the driveway are a real asset in this vicinity. Our recently constructed summer house can double as an office or hobby room in the winter months as it has insulation, heating and power. A new Vaillant combi-boiler installed in autumn 2018 with a seven year warranty completes the recent updates. Having now retired we want to downsize and spend more time travelling.
