When we first walked into this property we were instantly attracted to its character and the size of all the rooms. The property is in one of Ventnor's oldest districts and we have researched its history back to 1871 when it was originally called Nelson Cottage.

We have sympathetically upgraded the cottage to make it a comfortable home with modern conveniences but have kept the charm and character of the old building as much as possible.
