When we were looking to relocate to the island, this bungalow ticked all the boxes on paper and when we came to view it, we knew it was the one for us as soon as we arrived. The location is great for the beach and town. You can get to the supermarkets within minutes. Unlike other properties on this estate you are not overlooked and have extra parking at the front as you are on a corner plot. We have worked hard to adjust the accommodation to work for our family by creating a second bathroom and extra bedroom. The garage conversion completed by the previous owners offers potential for an elderly relative or independent teenager to have their own space.
