We nearly did not view this house when we moved to the Island as it just did not seem to offer the accommodation we wanted, however, as soon as we stepped inside we knew it was the one. It needed a lot of work to make it suitable for our needs which allowed us to create a separate annex downstairs for mum and dad. The views over Ventnor are incredible and we never grow tired of gazing out to sea watching the boats glide by on the horizon. The house is steeped in history and has lots of character. The old telegraph building in the garden could be put to a variety of uses and is perfect for anyone looking for extra space away from the house. We are so glad we took the trouble to view this house as it is packed with surprises once you get inside.
