This property has been in my family for many years and over time it has changed and got a lot bigger. The original bungalow sat on a huge plot and we had planned on knocking it down and redeveloping the whole site. However, the local council had alternative ideas so we ended up adding a large annexe connected to the main property. We also added the double garage and bought an extra piece of garden to the rear so we had extra space for the kids to play in. In recent years, the property has got far too big for me as it really needs a large family to move in and make full use of its accommodation. It would be easy for two generations of the same family to live here independently of one another or maybe you could let one half of the property out to gain an income?
