What To Expect
By complying with the Data Protection Act, we are legally obliged to keep your personal information private and confidential, although you are always free to access your own records should you wish.
A Hassle-free Service!
Mortgage Matters Direct deals with every client on an individual basis and is committed to ensuring they are given the highest possible level of care and attention throughout their mortgage application.
However, if you are unhappy with the service you have received and want to complain, we have our own complaints department who will attempt to rectify the issue.
In the event of a complaint regarding our service, you must notify our Complaints Coordinator either in writing, by e-mail or by telephone. If we are not able to deal with your complaint successfully, then we will direct your complaint to the appropriate ombudsman on your behalf.
Peace of Mind
Under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) you may be entitled to up to £48,000 in compensation should we, at Pittis, fail to meet our obligations when dealing with your mortgage application. You can learn about the FSCS by visiting their website.
We are also members of the Associated British Insurers (ABI) and are committed to complying with their regulations and code of practice for intermediaries advising clients on non-investment life insurance contracts.
To ensure we are able to consistently provide our customers with the best possible deals, we only obtain our property insurance and payment protection products through Towergate and St. Andrews. We go through Legal & General for the best non-investment protection products.
